Description

Yardi, a global leader in the prop tech industry, is searching for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Account Executive for our Commercial Large Strategic Account team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and cultivating strong prospect relationships within your assigned territory. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll execute full sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, while exceeding individual sales goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Heavy prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities for a designated territory.
  • Utilizes extensive knowledge of Yardi products, industry, and competition to present value propositions to clients and/or prospects to develop a sufficient pipeline and meet individual sales goals.
  • Identifies and develops strong relationships with all key decision makers and develops a deep understanding of the business needs for every prospect or client assigned.
  • Executes full sales cycles, including lead-generation; discovery and goal setting; pricing, packaging, and positioning; RFP management; contract negotiating; licensing files and closing.
  • Participates in marketing events to promote Yardi Systems and our products/services.
  • Up to 50% travel required.

Who You Are:

  • Five plus (5+) years of successful sales experience in software or tech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions and new business development.
  • Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
  • Results-oriented mindset, consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Active participation in marketing events to expand the client base.
  • Regular completion of product certifications and performance reports.

Helpful to have:

  • Yardi domain experience
  • Industry expertise in property management (multifamily, commercial or applicable industry)
  • Educational background or experience with accounting principles

Annual compensation range $100,000 - $110,000
