Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed
- Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance by communicating them to the supervisor
- Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer; Discovers and responds to customer needs
- Assists in new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standards
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, in English, effectively both verbally and in writing, and understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats
- Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition
- Must successfully complete ServeSafe Sanitation training
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
