Job Overview:
The Lead Mobile App Developer is responsible for the development, maintenance, support, and documentation of code used in the mobile applications for the digital platform. This will include technologies and projects related to iOS and Android applications. Responsibilities will include UX improvements, performance optimization and the implementation of new features.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops, analyzes, troubleshoots, and optimizes digital platform code
- Designs, develops, and implements mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Integrates client apps with corresponding server applications
- Works within the full SDLC to deliver high quality implementations
- Provides technical documentation of solutions and platform architecture
- Works within an AWS infrastructure to deliver solutions
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives in order to maximize team effectiveness
- Delivers timely solutions for tasks assigned
- Communicates with other team members and other departments to foster open and productive working relationship
- Works with others to ensure accurate requirements are defined
- Provides technical advice and consultation
- Provides timely project status and issue reporting to management
- Other duties as required and/or assigned
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- Associate's Degree in Related field– required
- OR Two (2) years' Supervisory experience– required
- OR One (1) year experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a PCI Gaming Department– required
- OR Two (2) years' experience in the hiring position's Department– required
- Bachelors or Associate degree in Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering or equivalent field AND seven (7) years' experience working in a software development environment– required
- OR Ten (10) years of Mobile App Development experience developing, maintaining, and managing web applications- required
- Experience with iOS and Android application development and related tools– required
- Gaming experience (operator or vendor) a plus– preferred
- Experience working in a technology innovation lab a plus– preferred
- Experience with patent technology research or patent generation a plus– preferred
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a valid and current State Driver's License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as required
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
