Job Overview:
Wind Creek Casino.com is a secure, WCH-centric, customer engagement platform for all customers regardless of whether they are rated or unrated, gaming customers or otherwise that is intended to empower customers to make choices and co-create their own personalized Wind Creek Hospitality experience in collaboration with WCHGA staff. The primary responsibility of the Director of Wind Creek Casino is to manage the day-to-day development, implementation, and operation of Wind Creek Casino.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates in the strategic and tactical development of Wind Creek Casino systems and processes
- Oversees daily development efforts of Wind Creek Casino systems and processes
- Oversees daily implementation effort of Wind Creek Casino systems and processes
- Oversees daily activities of Community Managers and other Wind Creek Casino Staff
- Plans, coordinates, and executes placement of content within Wind Creek Casino
- Develops and manages the Wind Creek Casino operating budget
- Assures compliance with all gaming regulations in jurisdictions in which Wind Creek Hospitality operates regulations and company policies and procedures
- Facilitates implementation of Wind Creek Casino activities with company Properties, Departments, and Staff
- Directs the daily operations of Wind Creek Casino departments
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School diploma or GED - required
- Bachelor's Degree in Related Field AND three (3) years' experience in a Management position– required
- OR Seven (7) years' experience in a Management position– required
- OR Five (5) years' experience in a Management position with Wind Creek Hospitality - required
- Five (5) years' experience in a role that requires the creation and production of written content–required (written work samples may be required)
- Five (5) years' experience with responsibility for the review and editing of content generated by others– required
- Five (5) years' experience working in a casino– required
- Three (3) years' prior experience in supervising the daily operation of a player development or a customer service department– required
- Ability to conceive and implement ideas in an ambiguous environment absent explicit directive to do so
- Ability to show that your ideas are analytically sound
- Ability to analyze achieved results and to modify ideas and approach as necessary to enhance results
- Ability effectively share your ideas with others
- Ability to identify threats, opportunities, and act to protect or enhance the company's well being
- Ability to communicate results to management in a fast paced environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple events across multiple departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (a skills test may be administered)
- Proficient in CMP and working knowledge in Opera and Open Course required
- Prior experience in setting and managing budgets, controlling inventory, and implementing and assuring compliance with internal control and regulatory processes
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) appropriate licensing in all gaming jurisdictions necessary to perform the responsibilities as required for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
