Wilson Health is looking for a direct hire Self-Pay Representative for our Patient Accounting Department located in Sidney, Ohio (North Dayton, Ohio) area. Key Perks and Benefits:

- Printing and mailing patient statements.
- Self-Pay Rep will call patients with outstanding balances to try to collect payment.
- Mailing out HCAP form to patients to see if the patient is qualified for financial assistance.
- HCAP form is received, Self-Pay Rep will ensure it was completed correctly. If not, the Self Pay Rep will call patient, advise of error(s), and mail new HCAP form to patient.
- Works mail as it applies to Self-Pay Rep.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
