Position Reports to: IT Network Systems Manager

Department Description: Wilson Health's IT Department facilitates communication between health care staff/providers; improving medication safety, tracking, and reporting, and promoting quality of care through optimized access to and adherence to guidelines.

Job Summary: The IT Client Systems Analyst is responsible for all aspects of support and administration of computer hardware and software utilized across the network environment. This includes analyzing, configuring, testing and installing computer hardware and software systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design, modify, and test computer systems and/or programs based on user or system design specifications.
  • Routine duties including troubleshooting and supporting PC workstations, laptops, printers as well as telecommunications equipment, maintaining/monitoring inventory.
  • Responsible for providing a high-level of professional customer service.
  • Collaborates and works in conjunction with other Information Services teams and third-party vendors in order to ensure efficient operation of our organization's information technology environment.
  • Maintain internal Knowledge Base, updating and creating documentation as needed.
  • Create/update required technical documentation in accordance with Change Control and Project Management processes.
  • Document key data into ticket to ensure that on call team has the data required to properly resolve the incident.
  • Provide On-Call after hour support, as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School and three years of related experience, or; AA Degree in related discipline and one year of related experience.
  • Certifications in A+, Network +, or MCP strongly preferred.
