Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support by ARC, AHA, or United States Department of Defense is required or preferred for certain departments
• BLS - Basic Life Support by ARC, AHA, or United States Department of Defense is required or not required for laboratory positions
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support is required for ER and Surgery-Pre and Post
• 'NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure' and 'TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course' are required for specific departments
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring is required for Obstetrics
• State License verification and NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) are required
• NIH Stroke Certification is required for all RNs
