  • The RN will be a part of the Nursing Float Pool & Will Float to ALL MS Units As Needed.
  • Will care for Covid patients

  • Med/Surg Nurses provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
  • In addition to general nursing care, responsibilities of Med/Surge Nurses include various duties such as consulting with healthcare team members, preparing and administering medications, educating patients on surgical procedures, recording patients' medical information and vital signs, monitoring specialized equipment, initiating patient education plans, managing post-treatment home care needs, and participating in discharge planning.

  • Nights- 3X12 hour shifts- with Weekends (EOW) & Holidays as needed

  • WellSpan will not consider candidates that have had their license suspended anytime in the past.
  • Time off and/or scheduling requests must be included in the submission.
  • Candidates cannot be considered if they have been employed as a perm hire at any WellSpan site within the year.
  • WellSpan requires the flu vaccine from September 7 - April 30. Please ensure your traveler is willing to obtain prior to submitting.
  • As of 1/5/2022 all travelers must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
  • Any traveler declining the COVID-19 vaccine must be approved for a medical/religious exemption.
