The Wayne State University School of Medicine (WSU SOM) Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Geriatrics seek a faculty member at the Assistant/Associate Professor level (rank and salary determined by qualifications and
experience of successful candidate) on the clinical-educator track. The Geriatrics program is a collaborative effort
between Wayne Health (WH) and WSU SOM. As a member of WH, the physician will participate in the clinical activities of the division including rounding on the General Medicine inpatient service and Geriatrics consult service and staffing outpatient clinics/nursing homes. As a faculty member of WSU SOM, research opportunities will be available through the Department of Internal Medicine and the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching medical students, residents and Geriatrics fellows.
