The MRF Supervisor oversees daily operations in the recycling facility, ensuring that materials are processed efficiently while prioritizing safety, quality control, and productivity. The MRF Supervisor also coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to optimize performance and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Facility Operations: Manage the workflow of recyclable materials, ensuring that processes meet quality, budget, and safety standards.
2. Quality Control: Oversee commodity grading and material integrity, ensuring products meet mill specifications and customer expectations.
3. Safety Leadership: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and compliance with corporate safety standards.
4. Staff Management: Supervise, train, and mentor plant employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
5. Equipment Oversight: Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of baling equipment and rolling stock. Ensure timely ordering of parts and supplies.
