Number of Beds- Each unit varies
Number of Staff- 5 SWs; 10 RNs; 1 CM Manager; 1 SW supervisor; 1 CMA
Type of staff: Day Shift 13 staff members/skill mix & Night Shift - NA
Patient Ratios- 1:25 RNCM to patient
Type of equipment- computer; office equipment
EMR- Meditech; Midas
List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Progression of care; discharge planning Multidisciplinary rounds Discussions, sometimes difficult ones,about dc plans with families and MDs.

REQUIREMENTS-
Must have: Meditech;
HCA experience
Bedside CM experience
1 year minimum Post acute care knowledge
Preferred or nice to have: Midas experience
Prior HCA experience
Knowledge of throughput in acute care setting
