- Self-scheduling available through kronos
- May request block scheduling
- Will need to meet the needs of the unit
- 3 weekend days
- Days- Saturday and Sunday
- Nights- Friday/Saturday
- Expected to fill in holes for holidays
- Unit Specific Information
- Common diagnoses: Head and neck reconstruction, flap surgery, esophageal reconstruction, and more
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: drains, tubes, Heparin drips, and more
- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor details
- Nurse Aides on the unit: 1:10 ratio
- Ability to work with CPAP, BiPAP, HFNC, Trachs (not vented)
- Unit/Department Specific Orientation: 1 shift with a preceptor
- Additional Details
- BLS certification
- Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax
- Additional $20 hours when floated within Region I that's not the primary facility
