Responsibilities
Lead CNA
As a Lead CNA you will perform a variety of clinical and technical tasks providing personal care and psychosocial support to assigned residents including but not limited to assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining / tray services, escort services, performing vital signs and weights and other care related duties. The Lead CNA coordinates weekly staffing schedules, handles any staff call-offs for on-coming shifts and provides training for staff, as needed.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants are required to possess knowledge of geriatric as well as medical/surgery, psychology and rehabilitation nursing. Current state certification and experience, as required. Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required. Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified. Food handlers certification, where required. Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Completion of approved training, as required.

USD $21.43 - USD $26.78 /Hr.
