Description
This position is fully focused on admissions for the Full-Time, Evening Cohort, Flex and Online MBA programs. This position will be in a fast-paced customer facing environment and will be responsible for working with prospective students and the enrollment services team to ensure the smooth and fast processing of all applications. For the Full-time and Evening Cohort programs, this person will conduct most of the interviews and manage a tight schedule of application deadlines, committee meetings, interview schedules for both staff and alumni and will be our primary face of the program to prospective students.
The position will report to the Assistant Director of MBA Admissions and will be physically located in the MBA Programs Office. Some recruitment events or conferences may fall outside normal business hours and may require out-of-town travel.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree; Three to five years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Manage all systems that are part of the admissions process including but not limited to Box, OnBase, and Peoplesoft.
- Manage the timeline of application deadlines and decision deadlines.
- Manage prospective student dashboard reports and continually push applications through the process to a decision.
- Manage the Committee Spreadsheet and ensure all information is accurate and up to date at any given time.
- Maintain relationships with the alumni who serve in an interviewer capacity.
- Maintain regular correspondence with prospective students through the admission process, especially prior to the start of the program.
- Manage our percentages of GRE/GMAT waivers.
- Become an expert on transcripts and other academic documents used in the admissions process.
- Maintain the MBA admissions page on the website.
- Coordinate with the student ambassadors for events and assistance with interviews.
- Schedule, market, and implement a schedule of recruiting events including online webinars, in-person meetups, etc.
- Promote all programs through social media posts – Instagram, LinkedIn, Student Spotlights, Events
- Ability to sell our program and understand the career, academic, and social benefits.
- Strong customer-centric style and enjoy working with candidates and fellow team members with a positive attitude.
- Willing to travel – approximately 20% of the time.
- Ability to work closely with the Assistant Director to ensure schedules and workflow are managed timely and predict any future challenges.

Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employees must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
