Description

Reporting to the Associate Director of Organizational Behavior, Coaching and Consulting (OBCC), this position will build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring the successful delivery and the financial success of OBCC Corporate and Academic Programs. The candidate will identify new opportunities, assess market trends, and drive the full cycle of program development from concept through execution. This includes conducting market research, overseeing the design of course content (e.g., mediation, dispute resolution, artificial intelligence, or other related topics), recruiting faculty, marketing programs, and managing special events and projects. The role also involves overseeing records management and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree; Five to seven years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Consulting, Training Development, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate education, consulting and training, or business development.
  • Experience with program and marketing management or a related role.
  • Mediation and Dispute Resolution program development.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leads the end-to-end development of new programs, from initial concept to successful launch (70%). Manages educational needs of corporate clients, both onsite and online (synchronous and asynchronous) (30%).

  • Identification, development, and implementation of new program initiatives for OBCC.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for communications related to new programs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in program development and execution.
  • All facets of client management.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives for Corporate Education specifically and OBCC as a whole.


Additional Information

Remote Work Notice: A hybrid remote work schedule may be available. Employees must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
