The Associate Director UT Dallas Alumni, under the direction of the Director UT Dallas Alumni,will support UT Dallas Alumni by leading the global engagement efforts. This position will be responsible for overseeing the alumni global engagement, including development, implementation and management of the international alumni activities of the overall UT Dallas Alumni efforts. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member who values innovation and is skilled at building strong internal and external collaborative relationships.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5-7 years related professional experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists in managing alumni programs and events for international population of alumni, both locally and internationally
  • Coordinate with UT Dallas' new international offices in India and Africa
  • Collaborates with campus partners to better market UT Dallas alumni communications to international student and alumni populations
  • Works closely with director to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data, as well as works closely with the international offices in India and Africa to gather important alumni demographic information
  • Stays up to date with industry best practices in global engagement and maintains regulatory compliance for all UT Dallas alumni activities
  • Coordinates with DOD's to move prospects through the pipeline as appropriate
  • Assists in setting up and monitoring business operations for the UT Dallas Alumni team
  • Other duties as assigned.


Additional Information

REMOTE WORK:
Hybrid remote work environment available and a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement is required upon employment. Use of personal computer and other standard office equipment may be required. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice.
