Description

Reporting to the Financial Compliance Manager, this position is in charge of financial compliance data analysis, training, and the administration and maintenance of financial compliance systems and tools. This position also performs budget analysis and administrative tasks to support Financial Management Services and Procurement Management.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and nine years of office administration or project management experience including two years at the Administrative Services Officer I level and two years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.



Preferred Education and Experience

  • Three years data analysis experience
  • One year compliance-related experience


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial compliance data analysis.
  • Administer and maintain expense financial compliance systems and tools.
  • Prepare financial compliance presentations.
  • Coordinate the logistics and maintain the materials for end-user training programs.
  • Work with department leadership to track and forecast departmental budgets.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings (compile agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes).
  • Conduct analysis and communicate results related to cost center reconciliation (monthly status reports).
  • Assist with annual compliance analysis (Account Reconciliation Application, Letters of Representation, One Card).
