Medical Surgical/Telemetry 5 West – 5 West is a 30-bed general medical surgical/telemetry unit that will help provide an array of knowledge on all types of patients ranging in age (starting at age 18).
Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights. Depending on staffing, night ratios can be 1:7 (this is rare, but facility wants travelers to be aware).

Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.
RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application. Additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion.
Weekend Requirement: Two weekends in a four-week schedule period (Saturday/Sunday for day shift, Friday/Saturday for night shift).

2 years of prior Telemetry experience pref (must have at least 2 completed assignments at a Level l Academic Medical Center or 1 year as core staff)
First timers accepted
Drips are required on all units
BLS, NIH required
EPIC charting experience required
Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus)
100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITY
