Porter Medical Center, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) in scenic Middlebury, Vermont and a partner in the UVM Health Network, is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN physician to join our mission of compassionate excellence.

Role Overview:

• Deliver full scope obstetric and gynecologic care to patients across all life stages.
• Work integratively with a team comprising certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners.
• Participate in an OB/GYN call pool at a ratio of 1:4, primarily providing backup to nurse midwives on first call.
• Conduct outreach outpatient GYN clinics in Ticonderoga, NY, approximately once a month.

Who We Seek:

• Holder of a Medical Degree.
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, or board eligible.
• Committed to teamwork, collegiality, and building strong, respectful relationships within the health network.

Position Details:

• 0.75 FTE, involving a blend of outpatient practice and OR time, with a 1:4 call rotation.
• Collaborative team comprising 3 OB/GYN physicians, 1 OB Family Medicine physician, 4 Certified Nurse Midwives, and a Nurse Practitioner.
