Many UHP physicians have teaching responsibilities for residents, fellows, and medical students. The UMKC SOM accepts students directly out of high school for a six-year combined baccalaureate/Doctor of Medicine program. The UMKC SOM Graduate Medical Education program supports over 30 residencies and fellowships.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This physician will have an active clinical practice in an academic setting. Position requires MD/DO/MBBS degree, entry-level and mid-career applicants considered; must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Dermatology.
- Position is primarily ambulatory practice, no night call, no weekends
- Academic and private tracks available
- Clinical scribes
- 12-15 patients per clinic session
- Opportunity to provide clinical teaching for medical students and primary care residents (Internal Medicine and Family Medicine)
- Unique opportunity to be involved with the formation of a Dermatology residency program
Compensation:
- Highly competitive guaranteed base salary plus production bonus

We provide a spectrum of dermatologic services, including Dermatopathology and Mohs Surgery.
