- RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract
- No holiday RTO. The agency nurse will not work all holidays but we need to use our discretion on which holiday we will need the agency nurse to work
- Unit Specific Information
- Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1.
- Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1
- We have PCTs on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKGs and any sort of activity of daily living
- We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines
- Float to MS, ICU, ED. If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands. Will not practice outside of scope
