Supervisor Details
Essential Job Duties:
· Manages staff and collaborates with Practice Manager, overseeing recruitment, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
· Establishes and maintains departmental policies, maintains confidentiality, and assists with payroll.
· Provides guidance on patient care and quality assurance, monitoring and evaluating care quality.
· Coordinates department activities, recommends strategies, budgets, and schedules, acting as a liaison.
· Demonstrates knowledge of Medical Group policies, assists in policy implementation and revision.
Qualifications:
· Recent clinical experience in medical office setting with at least once year experience in medical office supervision.
· Understands the scheduling process from beginning to end with knowledge to resolve all scheduling issues.
