IT Analyst Details

Essential Job Duties:

  • Utilize advanced analytics to extract insights from large datasets, from multiple sources, helping to identify useful pattern trends.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analytical purposes through rigorous validation and testing.
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to integrate AI models, and API solutions to ensure proper implementation into Union Health platforms and services.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI technology and APIs to improve business processes.
  • Perform regular testing and validation of systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to AI/API implementation and performance.
  • Collect data using AI tools and methods.
  • Preparing detailed reports on AI project progress and performance.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge on latest AI and API trends and technologies.
  • Design, program, and maintain API's to support web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure API security and authentication mechanisms are robust.
  • Monitor AI and API performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
  • Experience as a data analyst, AI analyst, or similar role
  • Knowledge of designing, developing, and maintaining APIs to support web and mobile applications.
  • Strong grasp in using programming languages (R, Python, SQL, Java, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
  • Understanding data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • This is an onsite position.
