Certification Details
• REQUIRED: ACLS, BLS
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Required for Specific RN/Unit Positions)
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (Recommended for Nursery, NICU and L&D)
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (Recommended for ER)
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN Intermediate recommended for L&D)
• State License 1 Verification (Primary Source verifications must be conducted within 30 days of the assignment start date)
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) must be conducted within 30 days of the assignment start date
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute (Required for Psych Positions)

• One year experience required
• Assess acute changes in patients and work in a fast-paced environment. Chronic Vent exp. Use of EKG.
• RN must be competent in rhythm strip interpretation - required to pass EKG strip test at orientation.
• Prefer competence in initiating and maintaining cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, cardizem.

Schedule Information
• WEEKEND COVERAGE: Every other weekend required, float required
