Description

The University of California, Irvine Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery is seeking an academic Laryngologist to join our expanding department as a Clinical X Professor Series.

The successful applicant will be trained and experienced in all aspects of Laryngology with a commitment to excellent patient care, teaching excellence, academic service and demonstrated scholarly work. Comprehensive training and experience include voice, airway and swallowing and be facile in both endoscopic and open surgery. Academic rank will be based on training, experience, and academic contributions. Applicants must possess an M.D. or equivalent Degree, board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and have completed a fellowship in Laryngology. The successful candidate will actively participate in the departmental teaching mission and provide excellent patient care, perform university and public service, and be active in research.
