- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring - AWHONN or NCC acceptable
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) required for ER
- NIH Stroke Certification
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute required for ER
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
- Color Blind Testing Online required for OR and Cath Lab positions

- 13 wks | AZ RN license required | ACLS, BLS required | Min 2 yrs cath lab exp | Exp w/ impella, balloon pump, & vents required | Wknd coverage every 5-6 wks | Call covers Stroke & STEMI (CCL & IR) | IR exp strongly preferred | NO LOCALS

- Interventional Radiology (IR) experience strongly preferred
- 2 professional references from employment within 2 years of start required, 1 must be from a supervisory role
- Schedule Information
- 3x12 / 4x10 schedule
- Weekend coverage every 5-6 weeks
- On-call for Stroke & STEMI coverage
- Unit Specific Information
- Weekend coverage every 5-6 weeks for cath lab
- Call covers Stroke & STEMI for CCL and IR
- Additional Details
- Drivers License/State ID must be current and show address
- Tech Cert Verification - National required for most specialties
- Pass/Fail Testing EKG for certain units
- NO LOCALS
