Overview:

The HR Technology Specialist is responsible for driving the functionality and optimization of assigned HR technology modules, such as Compensation, ATS, or LMS, while supporting broader HR systems and initiatives. This role ensures seamless system performance, supports users with technical expertise, and contributes to the success of HR programs through data governance, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR Tech owner for specific HR Technologies or modules ensuring functionality, performance, and user satisfaction
  • Lead small-scale initiatives or participate in larger HR technology projects, focusing on the successful implementation and optimization of assigned modules
  • Work closely with HR, Business & IT stakeholders to establish, maintain, and troubleshoot data integrity processes, including but not limited to data mapping, conducting routine data audits, creating user guides, and providing training to end users
  • Complete system functionality testing for active tickets/projects and tracking any issues to resolution
  • Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and gathers requirements for potential configuration changes in various HR systems such as Oracle and ServiceNow
  • Gather feedback from internal customers and partners to identify areas of opportunity to ensure continuous process improvement
  • Evaluate information, identify key issues, and develop data-driven solutions through research and analysis, while considering multiple perspectives to make informed decisions
  • Serve as liaison between technical support teams and customers and ensuring clarity of actions and updates
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation for assigned modules to improve system adoption and usability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting requests related to assigned areas, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and retention requirements on personnel files and data
  • Maintain and update HR-related content on TrueBlue's communication channels
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, HRIS, or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR technology systems such as Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, ATS, or LMS platforms
  • Understanding of HR processes across areas like Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development
  • Knowledge of data governance practices, including data mapping, integrity checks, and compliance standards
  • Experience with system troubleshooting, configuration, and user support
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Awareness of user experience design and employee-centric system enhancements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical users and creating training materials
  • Effective analytical and excel skills to conduct data handling and auditing tasks with high accuracy
  • Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Effectively collaborate, build relationships, and clearly communicate with individuals from different departments, regions and understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of tasks, work independently, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven capacity to quickly adapt to new systems, technologies, and processes while maintaining efficiency in dynamic settings
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security and compliance
  • Create and deliver training and support to end users, enhancing their understanding and use of HR systems

Salary Range: 

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $57,600 - $86,400 per year, plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms. 

Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
