Overview:

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for SIMOS. This position will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by our clients.  This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels. This role will not only manage the inside processes of candidate applications but also will also be responsible for working within the community and with tools provided to attract and gain candidates needed to supply our customer needs through grassroots initiatives, networking, and fieldwork.

Location:Memphis, TN

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations
  • Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding
  • Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
  • Manage paperless recruiting operations
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns
  • Participate in job fairs and community events
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure our internal systems are updated and compliance is met
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates (Building networks within the community)
  • Manage daily information / candidate data tracking, identify potential areas of improvement, provide information to the SIMOS Operations team, resolve problems, participate in meetings, and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction. 
  • Relationship management includes handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in high volume, fast-paced recruiting process, along with ATS and systems knowledge
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives/deadlines. 
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices 
  • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, be a team player, and work independently
  • Ability to manage a large workload promptly
  • Bilingual skills in English / Spanish or English / French

Salary Range:  

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $41,600 and $52,000 per year.

Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
