Position Summary: 

On-site Recruiter in the Milwaukee area (Jackson, WI).

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy sourcing and  recruiting, screen, and assess high volumes of candidates.
  • Responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of recent, high volume/ full cycle recruitment experience preferably in Foodservice Distribution, Logistics, Foodservice or Transportation. 
  • Must be able to travel to work On-Site in Jackson, WI. 
  • Must have strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing preferred.
  • Detail oriented with an extreme sense of urgency and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
  • Strong MS Office Skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish).

The salary for this position is anticipated to range from $20 - $30 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
