Description
As an Associate Ambassador, your primary role will be working with our customers, candidates and associates to drive field based activities needed to grow PeopleReady's business. You will build customer relationships, ensure business continuity and engage our pool of candidates and associates to fulfill our mission to connect people and work through the following activities:
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own management of their schedules in order to meet the need of the business which may include evenings and weekends as determined by their activities.
- Use order reports to determine what roles and markets they need to engage for job fairs and generation activities.
- Accountable for fill rate and revenue targets directly tied back to activities completed.
- KPIs will include candidate volume, onboarding rate, dispatch rate and revenue generation specific to the Ambassador activities.
- Organize and lead efforts for PPE distribution to our clients and associates. Track distribution and usage to enable cost reduction and build out of budgets.
- As needed, build and administer associate drug tests events in the market. Manage need, set up events and track effectiveness.
- Determine, set up and manage on-site client orientation as required
- Subject matter expert for all clients and associates on JobStack.
- Determine and manage all onboarding activities to support our customers and associates. Track and plan actions to increase usage.
- Consistently supports all company values of integrity and respect through actions and commitment
- Drive revenue through consistent contact with customers, must increase total share of wallet opportunities within market geo
- Partner with Market Manager, Branch Manager and Sales Rep in the market to contribute and improve role effectiveness through metric tracking.
CORE KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
- Proven success in meeting all KPIs and metrics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Leadership experience with ability to be independent thinker; proven track record of strategic agility
- Experienced with current technology (internet, social media, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI)
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the staffing industry with focus on increasing fill rates, recruiting and customer engagement.
Licenses/Certifications
- Must have valid driver license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance
The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $45,500.00 - $68,301.00 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds.

- This position requires local travel within a 100-mile radius market
