Certification Details
• ACLS required for ICU, PCU, NICU, Labor and Delivery. Check UD or JD to determine if required for other units.
• BLS required for all RN, LPN, PT, OT, Poly, RT positions. Check UD or JD to determine if required for other units.
• PALS is required for applicable units. Check UD or JD to determine if required for other units.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure as required. Check UD or JD to determine if required for other units.
• Tech Cert Verification - National for MLT/MT's/HT, Sleep Tech/Polysonographer, Respiratory Therapist.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement as required by Aya.
• State License Verification for Sleep Tech/Polysonographer, Respiratory Therapist.
• NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP.
• NIH Stroke Certification required annually, except for Homes or Clinic.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam as required by profession.
• Competency Exam as required by profession.

Job Requirements
• Current or temporary RN license in North Dakota or compact RN licensure.
• BLS certification required to start
• 2 years of MS experience.
• Travel experience required

Schedule Information
• 2 out of 4 weekends
• EOH
• OT After 48 hours
• Floating required
• Traveler must be willing to work an opposite shift if needed
