POSITION SUMMARY:

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with various data mining and research tasks, including data entry, analysis, qualitative research and special projects.

  • Adhere to research processes to assure data quality is in accordance with corporate standards.

  • Interpret relevant information by searching, validating, and recording accurate information into appropriate database(s).

  • Where applicable, compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • In pursuit of or recently completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with an emphasis in real estate, or a business-related field.

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of research or data analytics experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred.

  • Experience with working with large data sets preferred, but not required.

  • Demonstrate an interest in the commercial real estate industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be curious by nature and demonstrate the ability through investigative research.

  • Be persistent in the pursuit of information.

  • Manage multiple responsibilities, changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Be goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by success.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to keep information and internal communications confidential.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time/constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery (ex. a calculator, copy machine, computer printer) or, by request, be provided reasonable accommodations to perform the essential functions of the position.

  • Perform or assume additional department duties as assigned.
