• Varicella - The candidate or associate should provide documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider

• Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen

Job Details
• Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical
• Description: Renal diabetes med surg floor. Seeing patients with acute renal/diabetes disease processes requiring observation or inpatient acute care admission

Job Requirements
• Must have AHA BLS certification
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
• Clinical only; Required annually in specialty - Ascension Skills Checklist
• Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years - Ascension Color Vision

Additional Details
• Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RNs and LPN/LVNs
• Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers. Needs to be updated every year
