The Stepping Stones Group is seeking Special Education Teachers to join our team in Carrollton, Texas!

Job Details:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Age Group: Multiple openings (PK, Elementary, and Middle School)
• Utilize specialized teaching strategies and tools to enhance learning and engagement for students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, families, and other professionals to promote student success and integration into broader educational settings.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly.
• Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, empathy, and self-confidence among students.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution
• Valid state license or certification for Special Education Teaching
• TX EC-12 or something comparable
• TX Certification based on grade level (IE 4-8, etc)
• ESL Certification
• Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, with a strong emphasis on supporting those with special needs.
