The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Social Worker for our team in Gurnee, IL! 

Job Details:

• Full-time position: 35 hours a week 
• Caseload: 25-30 students
• Provide school social work services to support students' emotional and social development.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to foster student success, addressing academic or behavioral concerns.
• Develop and implement tailored programs addressing the diverse needs of the student population.
• Champion student well-being, advocating for an inclusive and supportive educational atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Social Worker program.
• Current license as a Social Worker in IL
• Preferred experience in a school setting, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the educational environment's complexities.
