Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Malden, MA!
Pay: $83,000 - $98,000 per year Ask us about our SIGN-ON BONUS and annual bonuses!
Overview of the Position:
- Primary role involves 50-70% consultation to public school team members and supervision of ABA services
- Supporting the school district's high school or elementary intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program
- Provide support to after-school, home, and community clients as well along your travel route
- Possess an active BCBA certification, and willingness to obtain a Massachusetts license (LABA)
- Prior experience supervising ABA programs and 2-5 years working directly with children with autism
- Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Local, physical office with on-site clinical management available for regular mentoring and support
