Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinical Supervisor Full Time Center Position Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to start in October 2024 for our NEW center located in Campbell, CA. We take pride in delivering clinically excellent services, with clinical training and programs that include Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). We are excited to be in collaboration with Dr. Greg Hanley's team at FTF Consulting for delivering best practice through compassionate care and Skill-Based Treatment. We have additional collaboration with doctoral level leaders within the organization who are fluent in Pivotal Response Treatment. Dissemination and growth is important to us, we offer professional development opportunities and workshops across both of these well-respected methodologies, as well as others. - Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
- Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
- Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
- Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
- Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
- Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
- Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
- Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Must be able to start in September 2024
- Flexible to provide in home parent training and/or clinical supervision to center clients as appropriate
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
- Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
