Job Requirements
• Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
• Certs REQ: ONS chemotherapy (can obtain after starting), BLS
• Is on-call REQ? No but may be placed on call occasionally for scheduled shifts if over (highly unlikely)
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
• Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes when allows
• Locals accepted: 65 mile rad
• Pending License accepted? N
• RTO Restrictions: must work weeks of holidays and fall break at minimum 2 shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: would like someone at 48hrs
