Job Details
• Specialty: Registered Nurse

• Job details: Can float to stepdown 1:4 ratio
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - CRRT highly preferred
• Assessment tools: Stroke signs/symptoms competency (ex. BE-FAST)
• NIHSS Certified (current certificate on file, obtained within 2 years of start date)
• Bedside Dysphagia screening competency (on file)
• Minimum 1-year experience working in a certified stroke center critical care unit**preferred
• Familiar with current Stroke guidelines and performance measures for Acute Ischemic and Hemorrhagic strokes
• IV-tPA administration and post-tPA monitoring competency

• State licensure: KY/Compact in hand
• Assessment tools competency
• NIHSS Certified
• Bedside Dysphagia screening competency
• Minimum 1-year experience in a certified stroke center critical care unit
• Familiar with Stroke guidelines and performance measures

Schedule Information
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• RTO accepted or not: Must be included in submittal
• 65 mile radius restriction
