Fulton Commons Care Center is immediately hiring a
Weekend RN Supervisor
Up to $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus!
Pay Range: $48.00 - $62.00 per hour
Per Diem; 11:00pm - 7:00am shift
East Meadow, NY
Position Overview: to promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; direct and develop staff; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families
RN Supervisor Responsibilities Include:
+ Administer nursing care to residents
+ Establish resident treatment plans and care plans
+ Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
+ Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
+ Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
+ Maintain accurate resident medical records
+ Provide emotional support to residents and their family members
RN Supervisor Qualifications:
+ Must possess a current NY state RN license in good standing
+ Familiarity with NYS DOH regulations and guidelines
+ Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
RN Requirements Include:
+ Current NYS RN Licensure.
+ Minimum of 1-year of experience in a long term care facility
+ Minimum of 1-year of experience in a supervisory role
+ ER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
