Certifications: ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, BLS - Basic Life Support, PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred for some units), NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for L&D, OB/GYN, and NICU, CHEMO - Chemotherapy (Not Required for Oncology), TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (Preferred for ER), Tech Cert Verification - National (Required for certain tech positions), HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), NIH Stroke Certification, Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication), Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, Competency Exam, Fingerprinting, Education Verification.

Night shift: 3 x12's - 7pm-730am.
MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience. PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.
MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.
PBDS Assessment – waived
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

HVTI-Stepdown Unit
