Responsibilities:  
•    Conducting data gathering, analysis, and modeling to support policy and impact planning efforts.  
•    Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to maximize contract and project opportunities.
•    Meeting with key clients and potential clients to share Tetra Tech's capabilities and foster stronger client relationships.
•    Working collaboratively with other experts in numerous locations across Tetra Tech's broad US and international geography.
•    Writing technical reports.
•    Providing data review, option evaluation, and recommendation of best results.  
•    Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:  
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ideal candidate would be familiar with the following.
•    Must have experience working with government agencies within the Indo Pacific Region.
•    Must have experience working with mutli-discipline teams to develop policy and impact analysis deliverables.
•    Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive to client sites. 
•    Must be detail oriented.  

This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.
 

Education & Experience:  
•    BS in Economics or related field is required.  MBA is preferred.
•    5+ years experience supporting socioeconomic analysis and policy development for clients in the Indo Pacific Region is preferred.   

Physical Demands: The position typically performs work in an office environment.  However occasionally travel and onsite work maybe required which could require lifting 25 pounds of documents or equipment, traversing uneven terrain during site visits, standing long periods of time at public meetings. 

Work Environment: This work is principally performed in an office environment.  That can be work from a home office or in a Tetra Tech office.  However, there are occasional requirements to make site visits to client sites.  This requires the ability to perform work in an office environment or outdoors while conducting data gathering site visits, participating in on-site meetings, and attending conferences or other training and business development activities off-site.

Language & Communication Skills: 
•    Must be fluent in the English language, writing and speaking.  

Other Skills:  Employee must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data management systems.
