The opportunity
- Based in either Australia, Philippines or Indonesia
- Full-time ongoing role

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of programs across the Indo-Pacific region across a variety of technical areas such as education, scholarships, economic development, infrastructure, policing, law and justice and inclusion, justice and transformation.
- Manage complex contracts to ensure we meet our project outcomes and ensure timely and high quality delivery of milestones.
- Drive performance excellence across all areas of program delivery.
- Oversee project reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and support program teams.
- Identify and implement business growth opportunities, service improvements, and strategic transformation initiatives.
Selection criteria
- A degree in Project Management, Commerce, Business or related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
- Experience managing complex projects, preferably in International Development or a similar sector. DFAT funded program experience desired.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and planning experience with a high attention to detail.
