Your Role:

 Support roles for our Federal customer in Washington, DC. This role will be expected to provide operations management support such as logistics and coordination for meetings; preparation of templates, project plans, minutes, status reports, action items, meeting agenda and minutes; development of responses to various daily client requests for various councils. Qualified candidates should have exceptional communication and organizational skills and the ability to go through an in-depth background investigation to obtain a Public Trust. Responsibilities:

This role is expected to provide project support with tasks such as:

  • Provides general and technical research support to projects.
  • Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported.
  • Knowledge with standard Microsoft Office products or Google apps
  • Proficient in task coordination
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and practices.
  • Excellent oral, written, and electronic communications skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects led by different staff members.
  • Provide meeting and conference support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Provides executive administrative support to the management team.

Required Qualifications:

This role requires following qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or 4 years experience in lieu of the bachelors degree
  • Project Management Certification (such as: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PRINCE2 7 Foundation & Practitioner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Agile Project Management (AgilePM), PRINCE2 7 Agile Foundation/Agile Practitioner, Certified Project Manager (IAPM), Associate in Project Management (APM), Master Project Manager (MPM), Professional in Project Management (PPM))
