JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Design and develop enterprise software applications, network management solutions, business rules, test automation frameworks, and software tools to support project execution;
• Provide Statistical Analysis System (SAS) programming and analysis for the development of software systems;
• Write SAS programming source code by performing data manipulation, adding text, creating SAS Datasets, and creating relational database tables;
• Coordinate with Developers to understand the user requirements that must be implemented;
• Gather and analyze requirements, design, and develop SAS applications; including producing program specifications;
• Design, develop and maintain applications in SAS;
• Utilize the following skills, programming and scripting languages: BI Tools, SAS programming, reporting, data analysis and data manipulation; SAS/BASE, SAS/STAT, SAS/MACROS, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/ACCESS, SAS/SQL, SAS/ODS and Unix; 
• Perform work using Agile & Waterfall methodologies;
• Use engineering SAS systems, including development of prototypes, proof of concepts, and the full implementation of systems;
• SAS Access to different products (e.g., Sybase, Oracle, PC Files);
• Create SAS reports (Proc Report, Proc Tabulate, ODS System);
• Perform system testing including planning, executing, developing test data, and documenting the testing for SAS applications; and
• Perform work using Base SAS (e.g., data step processing, functions and call routines, formats/informats); SAS Procedures (e.g., Print, Freq, Univariate, Format, Means, Append, Datasets), SAS Enterprise Guide, PC SAS, and Linux, and Oracle relational database.    

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Related Field and 4 years of experience in job offered or 4 years of experience in the Related Occupation

Data Analyst or any other job title performing all listed job duties.
