Tetra Tech is adding a Procurement Specialist to our Logistics team based in Maitland, Florida. This is an in-office, project-based role based out of our Maitland office which could move to hybrid schedule in time.

Your Role:
Tetra Tech's Disaster Response Division is currently hiring for a Procurement Specialist.
Responsibilities include:
· Procurement of requested supplies and resources to support field operations, office staff and other TDR departments.
· Tracking shipped and purchased goods to destination and reporting of delays.
· Perform credit card reconciliation and financial tracking and documentation of orders.
· Support logistics team members with functions such as travel coordination, warehouse operation, and ground support.
· Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
· Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
· Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
Qualifications:
· Procurement and purchasing experience.
· Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
· Must be able to work out of Orlando warehouse.
· Must be able to lift and carry 25-30 lbs.
· Able to work well with others in a project team environment.
· Must be able to work long-hours on short notice, including occasional weekends, to support emergency response field operations.
· Position may require travel, sometimes on short notice, depending on project requirements.
