Your Role:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing government property.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines related to property management.
• Maintain accurate records of government property inventory and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate property transfers and disposals in accordance with established procedures.
• Develop and implement property maintenance plans to ensure safe and efficient use of government property.
• Manage property-related budgets and expenses.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on property management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective property management practices.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) certification required.
• At least 10 years of experience in government property management for federal prime contractor.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to property management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple properties and tasks.
• Ability to create and implement property maintenance plans and budgets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and government officials.
• Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and property management software.

Compensation:
Pay commensurate with experience.
Pay Range: $55-$75/hour
A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
