Tetra Tech's High Performance Building Division is hiring a highly motivated Environmental Project Manager to join our team. The selected individual will be responsible for managing environmental projects and will have a unique opportunity to work one on one with a team-house experts to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and in accordance with established environmental regulations.

Your Contributions will Include: 

• Lead and execute end-to-end project management for among other things, compliance initiatives, business development, proposal creation, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their compliance needs, and providing strategic guidance and support.
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory standards.
• Provide thought leadership both internally and with external clients and stakeholders (including but not limited to writing blogs, conducting presentations, and speaking at industry conferences)
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, performance metrics, and compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and training to project teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.  Support and actively participate in operational strategies and directives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of experience managing environmental projects, with completion on time and within budget.
• Project Management Certification.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards (e.g., CAA, EPCRA).
• Knowledge of compliance concepts and practices such as: air permitting and modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license, and ability to travel to client offices and project sites as required.
• Must be U.S. Citizen.

This role can be performed from a wide range of locations throughout the US.  The pay range for this position is between $90,000 - $115,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on primary work location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal parity.
