Ardaman & Associates, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Building Maintenance Technician at the Orlando office located at 8008 South Orange Avenue. This is a full-time level position with full benefits for applicants seeking a stable career opportunity. The pay rate is $18 per hour and up, depending on experience.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECH
Provides minor routine building maintenance, including painting, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services.
Qualifications:
- Must have a safe driving record
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and a self-starter, and be able to do physical work.
- Must have good communication skills
