We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in our Pasadena, CA office. This position requires the supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager. This position requires daily interaction with the Shared Services invoice and payments processing personnel along with other operations A/P contacts. The pay scale for this position is $18-$22 an hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Your Role:
- Opening and distribution of department mail
- Running the check stuffing machine
- Check remittance processing
- Auditing of certain payments and providing backup
- Preparing FedEx packages
- Entering AP Invoices in Oracle and attaching images
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in a high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable environment where customer service is the focus
- High School Diploma is preferred
- Experience working with Oracle financials or MarkView imaging software is a plus
- An understanding of basic Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and related documents
- Strong keyboard entry skills
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, and Outlook
